Not far from the Museum of Natural History, the Zinnowitz complex comprises 114 condominium apartments and three commercial units. Conceived with three clearly recognisable individual buildings, its architectural language is based on the urban development styles of the 1920s and 1930s. The 1 to 4-room apartments have residential areas between 36 m² and 128 m². Zinnowitz benefits from a communal garden area to the rear.
Timeless architecture blends harmoniously within the neighbourhood
The Berlin-based architect Stephan Höhne designed the urban development project as a holistic ensemble of three clearly recognisable individual buildings. The buildings blend harmoniously with existing development in the immediate vicinity. The staggered top floors create a lively roofscape with various terraces and fabulous views. The design language of the complex is powerful and timeless. As a result, the buildings have taken on distinctive characters that will be a pleasure to look at for many years to come.
