The Penta Gruppe has successfully marketed over 2,000 apartments and holiday homes since 1990. We have extensive experience in the conversion and marketing of historic former industrial buildings into monument-listed residential properties as well as the sale of new-build condominium apartments. In the residential property sector, we focus on the sale of high-quality owner-occupied apartments in Berlin. As we are based in the capital, we have detailed knowledge of our home market and extensive professional expertise.

As a project developer, we are primarily active on the German Baltic coast and the island of Mallorca. The focus here is the creation of attractive holiday homes. The Penta Gruppe develops sophisticated holiday apartments, holiday homes and finca-style villas in exceptional locations with maritime flair. Our projects are characterised by contemporary architecture and top-class building specification.

Project development

Our project development division focusses on the conversion of historic buildings into attractive apartments offering a high quality of life. In this segment, in addition to creating high-specification living space for discerning occupiers, we also focus on sustainable value enhancement.

Our Ohlerich Speicher project in Wismar is a good example of this. The combination of a holiday property with listed building depreciation allowance is a unique mix and has resulted in the sale of the 48 holiday apartments within a very short time frame.

Property management

Projects to ensure the economic viability of residential property are becoming increasingly complex. Legal, technical and energy policy issues in particular require special attention in terms of profitable property management. The Penta Gruppe offers the commercial management of properties with a balanced structure of commercial management, financial controlling, technical controlling as well as servicing and maintenance provided by local service providers.

Marketing

We have a highly-developed feel for the mechanisms of the property market. The Penta Gruppe staff know that in addition to all the hard facts, emotions can also play a major role in the purchase of a condominium apartment or holiday home. For this reason, a sophisticated marketing concept is an important part of product creation for every project we develop or market.

The Penta Gruppe is active in every sector of the housing industry, including the development of its own and third-party projects. Our agency clients comprise institutional investors, owner-occupiers and private financial investors. For large-scale projects, we offer sales and marketing advice, develop marketing concepts and produce market studies.

Since our foundation, we have continuously expanded our own portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Our portfolio currently includes more than 300 units. We focus on investments in our home markets.
