The project comprises five highly exclusive finca-style villas under construction on a site of over 17.1 ha. Building permits have already been granted for all five villas under traditional law, i.e. they allow a larger residential area than would be possible with a new planning application today.

Five fincas in an exclusive location

The plots can only be reached via a private road. They cannot be seen from the main road and thus offer total seclusion. It doesn’t get any more private than this on Mallorca. You will hardly find five contiguous plots of this size anywhere else on the island. The total site area for the five villas is approx. 17.1 ha.

Inspired by the typical vegetation in this region, the individual villas are named after the trees that grow here: S’Olivera, Sa Figuera, S’Ametler, Es Garrover and Es Taronger.

Campos is located on the south coast of the island, approx. 25 minutes by car from Palma. The attractive small town is full of charm and benefits from superb infrastructure – the nearby beaches are an unrivalled recreational and leisure amenity.

The construction company Sierrabau Contrucciones with its German project management has been commissioned to build the villas. The company is currently developing a number of villas on Mallorca, so it is possible to view the quality of construction on-site for yourself. The project is being carried out according to a detailed construction and fit-out description, which is also part of the contract.
