Berlin is the most populous city in the European Union and by far the largest city in Germany with a population of around 3.8 million and around 2,015,000 residential apartments. We have a proven track record in the successful marketing of major projects in the German capital’s hotly-contested residential property market. One example of this is the Viktoria Quartier in Berlin-Kreuzberg, a new district created in several construction phases on the 5 ha site of the former Schultheiss brewery. The monument-listed former industrial buildings have been revitalised and complemented by contemporary residential buildings. The project comprises around 500 residential and commercial units.

in Berlin-Neukölln

We are planning a new project called Civitano in the district of Berlin-Britz, a leafy neighbourhood in Neukölln. Civitano will be skilfully blended into its immediate surroundings and comprises a front building with 24 apartments and a maisonette to the rear. There are a total of 25 condominium apartments in the development, ranging in size from around 49 m² residential space for a 2-room flat to 145 m² for a spacious 5-room family apartment.

The project in Berlin-Lankwitz comprises a sensitive extension of an existing residential property with a new building section and additional roof storey. The resulting complex will consist of 13 apartments with sizes ranging from 46 m² to 120 m² residential space. The property is located at Gluckweg 48-50 in the “composers’ quarter” neighbourhood of Berlin-Lankwitz, which is part of the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district in the south west of Berlin.

Even to this day, the huge demand is met with the rather outdated and unattractive mix of accommodation currently on offer. We have decided to do something to reverse this trend and have created Eckernförde Hafenspitze, a fascinating project occupying a unique waterside location. The project comprises various housing types in several building phases: holiday flats, lofts and bungalows, condominium apartments, town houses and restaurant space. The overall project consists of a total of 154 units.

We are developing a holiday apartment complex with 60 flats and a restaurant unit on an extensive parkland site on the island of Rügen. The project comprises the ruins of the former Lancken manor house and three new buildings. The period building and the new buildings are interconnected. This special feature means that the listed building depreciation allowance also applies to the new buildings.

Around 16 million visitors from Germany and abroad arrived in Mallorca in 2022 and the 43 million overnight stays made the island Spain’s top holiday destination. There are currently almost 119,000 beds in holiday homes and apartments. The quality of holidays has been improving steadily for many years and Mallorca’s luxury segment is constantly expanding. We are currently developing and marketing the Sol Roig project comprising five dream finca-style villas at a combined sale price of €28.5 million. The total site area for the five villas measures approx. 17.1 ha, which is roughly twice the size of Berlin’s Olympic Stadium. The entire plot is surrounded by a five km long Mallorcan natural stone wall.
