The Wismar Hafenspitze new-build project was constructed in the immediate vicinity of the Ohlerich Speicher building. There is no comparable building project thanks to its location on an exceptional site at the head of the old harbour and its unmistakable building format. The complex comprises 39 holiday flats on three upper floors ranging in size from 43 m² to 97 m². The project in this unique location also includes indoor and outdoor areas for restaurant use. The ground floor is occupied by a restaurant, which also benefits from a roof terrace with sky bar offering fabulous views over the Bay of Wismar.

The architecture blends
perfectly into the location

Like a docked ship, the newly constructed complex with 39 holiday flats plus restaurant and retail space forms an authentic and fascinating gateway to Wismar’s old harbour. In front the harbour, the historic old town behind, a broad horizon and striking architecture. Wismar Hafenspitze is truly unique. The previously undeveloped site is surrounded by water on three sides. The fourth side borders onto the famous Baumhaus building and Ohlerich Speicher, which was also completed by us.
