The wide variety of different types of housing is what makes the Hafenspitze neighbourhood so attractive and lively. Holiday flats, lofts, bungalows, apartments and town houses have been built in several construction phases. The diversity of apartments and houses is a continuation of the established mix of existing housing types in Eckernförde.
Residential and holiday complex between the seafront promenade and marina
Eckernförde Hafenspitze is a waterfront maritime neighbourhood created by us in the Baltic seaside resort of Eckernförde. The harbour district of the over 700 year old town was previously characterised by industrial use and the area was dominated by warehouses, barracks and other commercial buildings. This prime location was not particularly attractive and was unappealing to tourists. After we won the investor competition in 2008 and four years of project design and planning, the construction of the major project with a total of 154 units to be completed in various building phases began in 2012.
